A name is the babies most important gift you can give him/her other than life. To choose a name you should consider the options, like a traditional name, unique names, trendy names, along with all options mentioned you have to consider the different draw backs, things that the child has to grow up with. Traditional names are usually the best options to go with,that’s my opinion of course,but we have the drawback with traditional names that wether in school or at work a student or employee may have to be called by initials if there’s others with the same name for instance there’s two people named Mike last names Lopez and the other Rodriguez, they have to be called ML, and MR to differentiate one  from the other.

With trendy names, unusual names we must be careful of the name that may leave an opening for the child in school or the adult at work to be ridiculed by their pears because of ther names. There has been studies on how a persons name affects a person, unusual names compared to traditional names are rated dramatically lower in categories like a person’s success, cheerfulness, and morality, it is known and a general finding that people don’t react well to things that are new ans unusual, so parents that think they’re being creative, you may be creating a life of turbulence for your children.

The way you approach your children teaching them how to read differs, you have the phonics , there’s two types of Phonics: there’s your
on-line phonics, and there’s off line phonics programs. With on-line programs you can leave your child in front of the computerof the computer while other programs, off line programs have to be thought to your children at home.

The Montessori approach to reading is definitely the one where you have to be the teacher ,there’s no leaving the child at the computer,but it is a very effective program, Its a simple program due to its many advantages, but it takes time. the most or one of the mostimportant parts of teaching your children how to read is reading a story out loud, bed time stories, or as often as you can, it is then in the earlier childhood that children learn to associate letter/word shapes woth sounds.
